That is a pretty nice set up. Any chance you will be producing one for Scag Velocity Decks?

We are planning on designing one for the scag line as well as some other popular brands out there. I have to finish my season first. Can't seem to finish all the leaf jobs. It snowed here last week.

No Sorry we don't because there is no room to mount the upright onto the mower deck.

Quote:
deck mount column - weakest point on all other ocdc we had - in short while it getting loose, shakes and eventually get broken; but what left - chute plate itself - works good, holds just on rubber bungee and rope (and nothing gets broken) : )))) M., thought about triangulate mount column more? (three legs or wider bolts pattern) thank you |

My first OCDC I used was a plate with a cable attached to it. The problem was that the air vilocity coming from the deck was so great, it would blow the plate open enough it defeated it's purpose. This is why I designed the unit you now see. As for the mounting being inferior, the mounting of our upright takes up approx. 3" of deck space as well as a support plate under the deck for extra support. We also use "Locking" nuts so they won't come loose. Hope this helps.
