Need pricing help

I've been wanting a ztr and have been looking for a deal. Found a used Toro and having trouble trying to figure out its value.
I don't know year model, but has 425 hrs on it and I was told it was a 150 series, 52" with a 23hp Kohler motor on it. It was offered top me at $3500.00 and just need to know if thats a right price or not.

We'll let other landscape professionals weigh in on whether this is a good price/value. Obviously without information from the serial tag no one can say for sure how old this machine is, but Toro last manufactured the Z Master Z150 Series in 2004.
