I'd say, first off the equipment. Secondly, he stated the customers pay monthly by credit, I don't see why they would switch If they even noticed the company was under new ownership.

I think its a little crazy your looking at such a large purchase. Further more, I think your name proves your trying to make the quickest buck, the fastest way.

Your saying your going to pick up 10 crews and 1000 yards overnight and make it the best it can be. Instead of trying to come up the easiest way, (although there are no contracts on the yards) why dont you try expanding your own company. I dont know man it just sounds like your either a) trying to show off and look like a big shot , or b) getting way over your head with such a large establishment.

It might be his business that he is looking to sell, not one he is looking to buy...before you get carried away with all your opinions.
