Nothin beats fishing! I've always wanted to fish the two main rivers (Kansas and Missouri) here in Kansas City. Lots of Channel cat, and gar. This spring, when the rivers thaw out, i plan on hitting them with my buddy from the FD. He does it every year. I've got some good pics of his last trip of some good catches he reeled in. Both rivers are very large. Lots of barge traffic. I can't wait for this spring to get out on there and reel in some big ones.(not me in the pic)

Haha, I have the same problem Punt...got my new duck/fishing boat about 2 months ago and with this cold weather, I find myself reading and re reading the bass pro catalog finding the many many things I need to rig the boat right. Just got the new master Bass pro catalog and already have it pretty well covered!

Junior, the weeknight tourneys arent night fishin for bass...its like a 4pm to 830pm, 1 fish limit kinda deal...real good for guys in our kinda businesses that are off work a little earlier than typical 5pm. I think most guys get in like a good 3 hours of fishin, then its beer time.

Never heard of those, yet I've heard of night time tournaments?

I'll have to look around to see if I can find one..
