Sea Trout or Specks as we call them here are VERY tastey!!!!!

Here is one from a trip a few days ago. My wife baked that one for me right after I cleaned it, MMMMMM good.

Winter fishing is very SLOOOOOOW at times but it sure beats sitting at the house.

Quick trip today, only had a couple of hours. It was cloudy and in the mid 40's, but tomorrow is going to be colder and raining, so I'll take what I can get.

Only one keeper, 27" 8.5#.

We have had a ton of rain here for the past few weeks, so I have had plenty of time to go fishing.

I can't wait for things to dry up some, I'm ready for spring.

Here's a fish from today.

I guess it's kinda hard to fish with all the snow you guys are getting.

My wife is planning to cook up some fish Tues. night.

Nothing better than Redfish on the half shell.

The ground is soooooooo wet here.

So, I hit the water today just after daybreak. It was 29 when I left the house, 34 when I got to the launch.

No biggy, layered up, and with the sun out it warmed quick.

Had a blast, brought home a limit of Reds, caught 15 or so rat Reds.

Had Redfish on the halfshell for supper, mmmmmmmmmm GOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!
