Blue prints, Plans Or Guess??

Hey gang,
I am going to build a party barge trailer. I prefer to build the scissor type that lifts under the floor, and rolls between the pontoons. I have axles that I can shorten and I am sure all material to do the job. I can probably stumble through the making of it but would feel better with some guide lines. it would be for a twenty four foot unit. I have built several utility type units but not one such as this. thanks much.

It might be easier to have a deck over trailer and have the pontoons sit on the deck. You could have some upright poles on the trailer so as you float the barge in it can't shift off the trailer.

I don't think the deck of the barge is strong enough to support the weight of the pontoons hanging.
