Gravely dealer
I have a question about service for gravely mowers under warranty. I just bought a 260z from a dealer far out. However, I was pleased with his professionality and promised to give me a loaner when I was down, etc.. Anyways, when dealing with selling me a 8k mower, he was great. Anyway, he decided he would like a try at selling our old mower. I feel I got cheated out of the deal, because he did not consult us for selling it for less, but he simply says it was a misunderstanding, but we got about 1/3 less for what we wanted out of it, made us pay the sales tax, and did not include the customers canceled check. We want to move our business to another gravely dealer. I found on your site many that are closer and service, but don't dealers usually only like to service units the sold? I know that some manufacturers require all dealers to service their products, even if they didn't sell it. Is this true with gravely? Also it would be nice to find a dealer who would loan me a mower if it needed extended service, etc. Can you guys help me locate a dealer that can take care of me? zip is 66720 Thanks
