Well I have been pretty busy. Couple pics of 2 trees I took down. I Don't usually do tree work, but these were pretty small and they werent really near anything, so I figured I could tackle them myself:

One more of the tree job and some stripes and the mowing rig. I have 2 really huge jobs coming up this week/next week so I will be sure to get some pics of those. Also picked up 3 new pretty high-end mowing accounts and did those for the first time today. Also just did a bunch of repairs to the truck to get it to pass inspection : all 4 ball joints, brakes, 2 tires and a new starter.

the door hangers worked out great! I ordered like 2,000 of them and passed out about half of that. I got them from NextDayFlyers.com. I did the design myself and they were $188 shipped to my door. Very impressed with them, they are on a very thick cardstock also. As far as results, I got quite a few calls, I got 4 lawn contracts, a tree job (which also turned into a future plowing contract), a couple de-thatching jobs (which I didnt even advertise on there), 3 or 4 landscape jobs and of course you get the usual tire kickers and price shoppers calling. I think a lot of it depends on the area you pass them out in too, I did about 300 in one neighborhood and got no calls and did 200 in another and got 15 calls. So a lot of it is knowing your area and where you can earn new business.
