Need your help with a bid on seeding 9200 sq feet. The area is surrounding an office that was just remodeled. The ground has some rock and is a little rough. <br>My only experienc with seeded is overseeding of existing yards.<br>How best to approach this? How much to charge?<br>I do not have a tractor. Rent here for front loader with box scraper $70 per for hours - $118 per day.<br>Thanks for your help!
