What is the spec number ? I might know where to get some valve guides. I found some for the 541v. If you have the valve and guide specs, I can tell you if they will work in your motor. The local machine shop couldn't help me with my engine.

I found some guides for the 541v 17 hp. if you know your guide and valve specs, I'll see if the will fit your engine. If you have your spec number, I might can check it that way.
