Athletic Field Maintenance

I am a PA state certified category 7 pesticide applicator for the parks and rec. dept in my municipality. Over the past 7 years if our athletic fields were treated, it was contracted out. I am pushing for us to do all future turf grass applications. I am looking for some type of schedule as to when applications should be made (in referance to field use). We maintain 5 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields, and a multi-use field that shares the outfield with one of the baseball fields. We are planning to aerate & over seed, apply broadleaf weed control, I was also interested in getting information on any Pre-emergent crabgrass control products that are safe to use on public park athletic fields. Spring is approaching, and we need to get a schedule out to the athletic directors and organizations that use our fields. If you have any information that would help, (like other athletic field maintenance scheules for example) it would be greatly appreciated.
