Submitted cemetery bid.

So I have completed my bid package for the cemetery job I am interested in. After going through the grounds and reading the contract specifications thoroughly I increased the bid to $24,000. It is a year long contract that pays $2,000 a month for 12 months. I will obtain liability and workmans comp upon award of the bid, as I currently am not carrying them as this is still my down season.

I am hoping that the strict stipulations of this contract were enough to scare away some of the little guys and my price is more attractive than those from the big guys.
