Cat 315 on slope
What is the maximum slope in degrees I can run my Cat 315 on safely ? Thanks

2:1 can be done if the slope isn't slick. I've done some small runs of 1:1 but I don't prefer it.

Its not steep enough until you have to put your feet on the windshield to keep from falling out of the seat!

Exactly. haha. Go until your gut pleads you to get off the slope or the hoe won't stick anymore.

I think 35% slope is the off level oil capacity for the 315
|

people tie excavators with single bar grousers off to bulldozers to work on pipelines. If anyone would have problems with the machines handling the angles it would be them. As far as i know they can work a 100% slope without any detriment to the machines.
