Your Cat should be legal on a tandem axle tag it is common around here to move 16 ton hoes on a tandem tag. A lowbed is too expensive the customer isn't going to pay the 450-500 dollar move. A tag is quick and easy to hitch up load the machine on chain it down and off to the next job.

Well on the really smooth areas i use the belly (as i call it ) of the bucket and on the floor i just flat bottomed it. I would have made the floor to but i didnt really have time i had so many semis in and out.
