Haha no he did a good job just took forever but I think he mostly does side walks and stuff. I just know guys who have done 8000sqft houses in a week and hes took two weeks for this and we havent had rain in like almost a month so that excuse doesnt work for him.

Did he use and drain-tile or waterproofing on the concrete?

How can he make any money if it took him 2 weeks? I worked with the best concrete guy ever on the last addition i dug last week. Every one i dig i will try and make sure he does the crete, and he said vice versa for excavating.

I wanted my concrete guy I use all the time to do it but he was 1100 higher then this joe schmoo who showed up with a 1989 conversion vam and had tools that were older then dirt this guy was a joke

A small foundation job like that would only take a contractor 2 days at the most. A day to do the footings or next day form and pour or they can do footings and walls at the same time.

There are foundations that do take a month to do because of the complexity they also take 30 yards of concrete for the walls.

Trust me If the work wasnt good here Id be gone I hate IL.

Heres a couple reasons IL sucks
weather sucks, people suck, roads suck, OBAMA IS FROM HERE, and Taxes on everything here our insane.

A 30 yard pour would be a tiny house, The addition he showed is over 10.
