I'm still working on getting a manual for this thing.

I have replaced the bearings in the vari drive pulley, and noticed that the pulley has been rubbing into the bracket that it sits on. There is now a groove cut into the bracket thing, fron the radius/diameter of the pulley.

I think there is supposed to be a thrust washer there? Any ideas on that?

If I had that damn manual it would be easier.

Next question.

I replaced the bearings, but they have no seals on them. How ya supposed to keep the grass and dirt and stuff out of the tiny needle bearings?
