What can you do with a 21cc trimmer?

Well no, on the more powerful trimmers the engine is actually big and
powerful enough that it could be used to power a moped, but they're
also closer to 49cc's than 21...

Unless you just do front and back yards of homes with grass, I think you better stay with the 25cc Honda engine type to be safe. When I was trimming a house with 2 feet tall weeds, even my big Honda brush cutter drop some rpm. You can tell it is not like hot knife going through butter.
