Good start to the season

I was called a couple of months ago from a property manager about a town home assc. I bid it, recieved a email today that I won it. Good for me.

Ever get a contract, then wonder "what did I get myself into?"

I bid it fair, so that is not a issue. I just never did anything this large. Any words of wisdom?

Do a good job, and keep up the work even if you figured you messed the bid up. If you didn't and your making good money at it, then that's a great thing! Either way do a great job, and you may be able to adjust your price if need be for the next year. Also make sure you have good equipment for the job and that you understand the scope of the work, as well as the expectations of the client.
