Forming llc

Just wanted to know how you people have your business set up, for example are you LLC. If so how much to get it done.

I am set up as an LLC, I used Legal Zoom and they have different packages. I went with the most expensive one, cost me about $800 but everything was handled by the. Attorneys wanted $1800-$2500 so this was the way to go. They handled the tax ID number and all.

Just go to your scc website for your state. Here it is just $100 and fill out a form and mail it in. Takes 10 mins.
