road inspections by DOA

how many of you have had a road side inspection by your dept. of Agriculture? Any major issues that you've come across? How do you keep employees to wearing PPE besides threatening their job? Just wondering what issues you guys have come up with in the inspections, citations, warnings, and what not.

ive never been stopped, or questioned by the ODOA. Heck, ive never even seen an ODOA vehicle going down the road that i was aware of.

I do know that you are supposed to keep a record of all chemical applications on file in your office. it should include the following.

address of the customer,
the name of person(employee) applying,
what was applied,
how much was applied
approximate temperature.
approximate wind direction
the date, and time of the application.
