Just wasn't working out. Eaiser without him around. Lot cheaper too.

My sons could both out-work him 10:1, complain less, and I don't have to pay them half as much as I was giving him.

And he was getting real hard on the equipment making stupid mistakes, backing into things, etc. When he started cussing at me was when I told him to go home and not bother to come back.

That sucks, he always fun to laugh at..

I'm not sure if I need someone else to babysit right now. I think he'd be laid off now even if he wasn't a screw-up. I'm taking a gamble on that Rotochopper trying to make some work for myself. Government work is the majority of my business and it's going for under 1/2 of what it used to. Not even enough to cover my costs. Trying to break into a new market here. Can't afford any dead weight right now.
