Purchasing Contracts

I have an option to buy 3 commercial contracts from another company. They bring in $900 per week which would be a nice addition to my contracts. He asked me to make an offer, but I want to make a fair offer. My current contracts are my own or takeovers so I haven't bought many contracts yet. I don't want to make a lowball offer, so does anyone have an idea of what I should offer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

How long are contracts good for? And, is there a transfer clause in them? Is there any escape clause for customer? Read all carefully, then you can make an educated bid. Why is this guy wanting to sell? Are customers happy with services? Try and speak with customers yourself if you can.
