Florida Workers Comp Rates
Florida issued new rates for workers' compensation insurance that will be effective on July 1, 2010. Here is a link to a press release with those rates:
Workers' Compensation Rates for Landscapers The press release also has a short description of all the classification codes used by lawn care and landscaping businesses. Let me know if you have any questions about the classifications used on workers comp policies.

This is a timely thread. I was looking into purchasing a larger business and through investigating his costs to be sure they were correct found he was paying the correct lower rate and we have been paying the higher incorrect rate.
So the wife is going through the books and doing an internal audit and preparing a letter. Can we get a refund or a credit or are we sol. It is at least a 8-k difference possibly as much as 10-K over the past 10 years.

I know I can get it abated/reduced. What I want to know is if I can get a rebate/refund on past payments?
