Kubota L3000

I've been looking at a Kubota L3000 with the matching loader. My dealer said if I buy it before July 1 he will sell it for $15,000 then Kubota will automatically knock off $800 bucks. Is this a good price? If so I need to get the check wrote before July 1 and Kubota stops with the free money.

I am unsure on the price, but for comparison I just bought (before the rebate) a B2710 with loader for 16,000. I think the L3000 is a more spartan tractor, thus the lower price. Hope this helps. You might dangle this on tractorbynet.com to see if they can help you with the price. The guys there are very current on Kubota pricing.

What do you mean by more spartan? The L3000 is a larger more powerful tractor.

Is the 3000 a straight gear?

If so, and if you have a dealer near by, you may want to look at Kioti.

Compare the features (synchro mesh tranny, shuttle shift, internal brakes, HP....) and the price...........

What did you do?

The end of the month is here, I know because I have to make my tractor payment. The Kubota rebate is nearly expired. What was your decision on the tractor?

Hope you are happy with it, what ever it is.

The 3010 comes in all drive varieties. I got the shuttle shift. They do offer a hydro.
