Northern Ohio guys

I am looking for a good place to get bulk river rock and top soil. Where are some good places and what are you paying and what are you paying delivery?

Thanks.

Your best bet is to go Eastward...Mantua, Streetsboro, Ravenna...They are where the quarries are in the North East, also where the suppliers go. West is primarily limestone. Rates do vary from one place to the next, but trucking can easily out weight the expense of the material itself. Some places offer hauling, often through independents. Pending what I am hauling and size of load will determine who I use, but the rates are based on ton-age and millage.
I would recommend Lakeside Sand & Gravel, Hugo Sand or Rainbow Gravel & Sand...there are others, but these are ones that I have always dealt with and am satisfied.

Your best bet is to call them for quotes, just tell them what and how much you need, and where it's going.
