Here's a saying I use on a regular basis when talking about help and pay scales:

You hire $10 an hour help, and you get $3 an hour help. You hire $15 an hour help, and you get $25 an hour help. If you stop and think about it, you've seen the person I'm talking about. Always on the move, thinks ahead, anticipates the task. Actually does more work than 2 or 3 other guys, if you can get them moving.
