Mine is an 04 e 250. In January ( wasnt a real cold snap , prob about 35) I ran it from southern NH to greenbay WI. Heat was on full blast the whole ride.

Yes it would, unless it is one of those luxury conversion vans, but Im guessing you are looking at one with no rear windows and fairly commercial looking? Geez, I would never live in one of those HOA areas that dictate what you can have in your own driveway!! Why not use that HOA fee to get more house instead in an areas you can do whatever you want?

Everything here is hoa. Only time u find an hoa that does not care is in certain neighborhoods. I hate them. But not much else I can do.
