2nd attempt at a website

So I had a website last year and it was pretty much just words on templates. No picture, no color, no anything. So I tried to edit it and my something or other was out of date and had to load a new one. So I did and wahlaa my whole website gone. I had to start from scratch. So I did and this is what I came up with. All the pictures are borrowed until I can take pictures this upcoming season. Please let me know how you feel, I am a big boy and want my site to be quality. I like it and only have two suggestions.

Center each page on the screen instead of it being on the left side.

You have some duplicate text on the mowing page at the bottom for rates.

I would never price ice melt by the hour.

I price it like that because most contracts state do not plow until 2 inches has fallen. But then they dont want anyone to fall or slip ever so I offer to come and apply ice melt and sand when it doesnt snow over 2 inches. It says $45 plus materials. How do you charge for ice melt Banda?

Thanks for the other input the rates is duplicated becuse one section is for residential and the other for commercial. I will try to center everything.
