I know what your talkin about we have LOTS of bids out not to many calling back though lots of haggling to "you guys are a couple of hunred higher can you match it" and asking for disount first thing we have never had that happen untill this year

Totally, Ive seen some super shell shocked looks at the price..Nowdays if the custy is wanting a large l/s job, I straight tell them that it will be pricy,,so as to not waste my time..I too have a sh it load of unanswered proposals..Is super frustrating. Im gettin kinda worried because im bidding these jobs in very high income areas...
