Your opinion on blowers.

I currently have a red max blower, have the latest version. I like it, but need another one and don't know what is out there. Wanted to know if some of you could advise me on what to get, and why. Also tell me your experiences with the different types of blowers, what you like and don't like. Thanks

Are we referring to backpacks?

I started with a Stihl BR400 then after helping another LCO during leaf season who uses redmax EB7000 I went out and bought two of those. They are heavier than the stihl but are much more powerful.

It will also be easier for keeping spare parts around if you have two of the same blower.

I have the redmax 7000, the stihl br420 and the echo pb650 and the echo is by far the best of the three. My guys love the echo and they argue over what crew gets to take it.

If I were you I would go to your local dealer to test them out.
Or see if he will let you take one out for the day.
Good luck

I have two Shindaiwa eb630's. Love them and love the power. The same machine as the Redmax, so either one is a good blower to buy. Don't get a small blower you will regret it.

Man the things that come to mind with a thread topic like this. The kind of thoughts that don't belong in Lawnsite.
