Walker 26efi manufacterers defect?

After poor cutting and uneven cutting I demoed a 48 deck, mine is a 42. The 48 deck sat a 1/2 inch lower on the same settings. I brought this to my dealers attention and Walker mfg is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. My machine is a 2009 26efi model. Does any one else have issues with the 09 walkers, I was thinking the new blower design or the new catcher design. Any opinions?

My opinion is you should look at another brand.

Nope and tons of guys use them in SE Wisconsin. It might not be a deck issue, some times the carrier frames can get tweeked or have a defect. I've heard of them getting sent back on the old ones.
