Ok so i just picked up this customer last week. the have a 1/4 corner lot. The back yard has a fence. Heres the thing. I have to use my 36'' back there and they want it bagged. It looked like it had only been cut once the whole year. I go to bag it and I am not even done one lap around the inside and my bagger is filled all the way. So I said i am gonna have 20 bags of grass. So i said screw it and just double cut it. They have a little kid and 2 dogs so they want it super short.

So it looked like **** so i cut it agian so a total of 3 cuts in the back. Well then I have to trim around the inside and outside of the fence. Ok no problem. So i do that then pack up and leave. Then i get a call from the wife saying I didnt trim the outside which was untrue. It was either destroy the fence or do what I did. So here is the thing, they keep a master lock on the fence so I have to call in advance when i wanna cut. So basically i have to cut on their schedual or when ever it is best for them. I dont cut all my lawns the same day every week. So I dont know what to do, the grass is way to long in the back to bag and i dont wanna cut 3 time over it for it to look good. So what do i do. I am not getting a ton for the lawn its under $30 a week.

What would you do with this type of coustomer. Should i say i cant cut anymore or what.

so you cut it 3 times & didnt charge them triple?

Just the back and I havent sent them a bill yet.

charge for your time. if it take 3x as long, charge for it. If they are a pain, it wont be worth it to cut it since you will be losing money!

Yea that is what i was thinking. I just got a lawn today for $35 that should take probally 20 minutes to do. So i could ditch the one for this one.

Called them and left them a message when they call back i am saying i will try once to bag it and then if i cant its a single cut unless you are going to pay more on the spot.
