JD 737 value

A buddy of mine is getting out of the mowing side of his business, and has a 737 with the 60" 7 iron deck. It's got less than 300 hours on it. What kind of price range should it be in. I am planning on making him an offer, but I don't want to low ball him or offer him too much, you know? I just want a fair deal between both of us. Thanks in advance.

$4500.00 seems fair

Do you know what year it is? The last year they made them was 2007. The age of it also needs to play a part in your offer....a 2007 machine will be worth more than a 2005 machine with the same hours.

I'd say the $4000-$4500 price range would be about right.

That was about mid of what I was thinking too. We'll see what he wants to do. Who knows, maybe he'll only want $4000. Anybody else have a differing opinion?
