He said the trailer was too high, and was one that didn't have a ramp/gate. So he was using 2 planks to unload. One slipped off the trailer as he was backing and flipped. Said it crushed him to the point he couldn't get it off of him. Luckily the top of one of the casters hung up on the trailer so the entire weight of the mower was never on him.

Said his partner was standing there with a trimmer just kinda staring at him, then finally woke up and helped.

All said and done he was scuffed and bleeding from his head. The only thing the homeowner (who witnessed the entire ordeal) had to say was "Are you still going to mow?"

Get the ROPS. A commercial cutter was killed here 2 weeks ago when he ended up falling in a creek near downtown while using a ZTR (looked like and Exmark from the photo). Ironically he had the ROPS, but he had folded it down.
