Mag-10300?

I just bought (1) MAG-1000 Blade Balancer (1) MAG-9000 Blade Sharpener
(1) MAG-10300 Stand about 2 weeks ago which was shipped to me incomplete missing a main part to make the shapener function. Why was I not informed you were updating your stand. I spent a lot of money and feel like I should have been informed of your new product instead of being sold and old one thats been redesigned. ?

Hello mtchockey30

First question, since i cannot match up your company name with a screen name - what part was missing, and have we gotten the part to you?

If there is anything missing please call me at 800-328-1110 or email me gbauer2@magna-matic.com and we'll get it shipped out today.

The new stand MAG-10400 is very similar to the MAG-10300, we are making improvements that will all be retro-fittable to the MAG-10300 and even the previous MAG-10200 stand. Some of the changes are also to things as simple as the packaging etc.

The improvements will all be options to the new MAG-10400, so having a MAG-10300 does not put you at any disadvantage.

I know this answer is a little vague, but we do not have all the pricing information and images/info ready for releasing info about the NEW MAG-10400. I just want you to know that the BENEFITS of the new stand can all be retro-fitted to the previous stands, so anyone with the MAG-10300 or earlier can have the same benefits of the new stand.

Again please let me know if you need any parts, and if you have any other questions about the stand etc.

Thank you,

Clemmons Lawn Care is the name of the company. It was the arbor nut that was missing and yes I already contacted you guys and got the part. I just wish I would have been informed of the new stand when I was buying the complete set 2 weeks ago..

Hello, mtchockey30

I looked up your order in our system, and you purchased from a dealer 4.19.

Not having purchased directly from us, there was no way to let you know that something new was coming, also back in April it was still in rough design phases. It would have been very difficult to give you info that was incomplete.

But as i said earlier, you are not at any disadvantage with the MAG-10300.

Thakn you,
