echo 770 not on website

I am buying a Echo 770 blower from a Lawnsite member. I was going to show someone that had never seen a 770 how they redesigned the housing, but it is not showing up on Echo's website. They only show the 755's, but I know I have seen the 770 on there before. I was just wondering if the distributers had them take it off so they could try and move the 755's first. I know I heard the distributers in my area were not going to sell them to the dealers till later in the year.

You can view it in Echo's Blower catalog here at this link:

BTW, let us know how you like the new PB-770. From what I've heard, it's a monster, even more powerful than the Redmax 8001 according to one LS user.

Hey, great to hear. My BR 600 has been very good, but when I goes I'll be getting either the Echo PB-770 or Shindaiwa EB802. But I'd rather go with the Echo as I hear it has more shear power over a wider path with those big huge tubes.

I've had the echo pb770 since April. Pretty good blower, overall. I just got a tube extension as I found the tubes a bit too short but it seems to decrease performance so I just took it off. I also have a BR600. Overall, I'd saw the PB770 is slightly more powerful but not by much. I used to have a Redmax 8000 and I'll have to say that the pb770 doesn't outperform the Redmax. I haven't seen a blower with the raw power of the Redmax yet.

man i dont know. i ve run a 8001 and the echo seems to have it beat although slightly. factor in the lighter weight and lower fuel use and i think the 770 is the way to go. br 600s air stream is much smaller than echo. no comparison in air volume there. impressivehowmuch power echo gets outta that 63cc engine!
