Amount of trimming actually plays a bigger role in figuring out what to charge for me, on most properties anyway, since that is what takes the most time and detail.

The truth is my lawns range from $40 to $80 with the average being $53 with my current mix.

Mine range from free to 160$ with all but mine being between 20$ and 160$
