The Tanaka TBC-260PFL has a 71" shaft length. That is the longest I know of.

IMO the Stihl RS 55 R is the best bang for your $200. We actually run 4 of them and all are 2-3 years old. They are light, tough, and durable. I would hate to count the number of hours on ours.
