Blade Recommendations Super Z 24 hp Honda

Can you offer the best blade for my set-up? I have a 2003 Super Z with a 24hp Honda and want to lay down good stripes on kentucky bluegrass. I tried the OEM blade then switched to the Gator Blade which didn't stripe well and today I tried the highlift blade which makes it sound like a helicopter but I didn't notice a better stripe. The highlift blade also makes the mower bog down in taller grass where the gator blade didn't cause this. What do most people use to make a great stripe but not cause the mower to bog down?

Ok...
Has your deck had the 2005 deck modifications done to it?
As in enlarging the discharge opening? adding of the blade spacers and running the flat blade Fusions?

I'm 95% sure it hasn't had the 2005 modifications since mine is a 2003 model that was hardly used by the person (never used commercially) and only had 265 hours on it. Is this something done by the dealership? What are the benefits?

What are fusion blades and spacers? What do they do?

Enlarging the deck opening and installing the spacers and Fusion blades makes the deck work a lot better, it gets the grass out of the deck faster and also cuts cleaner with the Fusion blades, the Fusions have a longer sharpened cutting edge, almost to the center of the blade.
If you would like the instructions on enlarging the deck opening and installing the new blades and spacers please email me, I will email it back to you.

Thanks again PJ, I always appreciate your feedback and help. I guess I am using "fusion" blades I just didn't know it, although mine are hi-vac and seem to lug the engine pretty good. How large of spacers do you recommend?

I'll email you for the instructions on how to enlarge the chute opening.

Received your email and replied.
The spacers are available as a kit, you will find the information in the email I sent you.
