that was a major issue with the first year grandstands but i thought they had that fixed with the new models, and the 36" would be a new model...anyhow, it's a recall and they switch out a few parts, ours are working very well now, it took a good dealership to do it right though, the first one didn't get it done like they said they did

you would think that all toro dealers would subscribe to the same stellar level of know-how and customer service...apparently dealers themselves set their own standards resulting in varying levels of competency. It's a shame because you should be able to go to any authorized toro dealer and get the same service, and it goes without saying that i mean good, satisfactory service.
