I had an eye witness who saw an ex friend with it in his trailer.. Instead of beating the fool half to death I'm letting the sheriff deal with it..

Homeowners insurance almost NEVER covers commercial mowing equipment. You will need a policy naming each piece of equipment to be covered. It may be different in some states, but here in Texas, you pretty well have to get "Inland Marine" type insurance to cover commercial mowing equipment of any kind. The good thing is, this type of insurance pays full replacement value of your loss. The bad thing is, that it is really expensive here in Texas. Too much of our stolen equipment disappears across the border into Mexico within 24 hours of the theft.
