I would take a Kubota mini over any other brand any day the 161 is a excellent septic system machine.

I think our Adv. friend has had a bit too much... To drink that is. I have to admit, I wear dark grey and darker yellow sunglasses though. Minus my dozers, that's all really bright yellow, black and blue.

The guy digs 2 3 ft deep trenches in sanfdy soil and needs 2 peisces of equipment.
I move over 100 tons of material through a space 12 foot wide and he makes fun of me because I need 2 peices of equipment?

Very rare does a contractor use a skid steer to install a septic system a mini excavator does it all.

When you buy Caterpillar equipment you are buying some very expensive paint and logo's

The ONLY machines Cat makes that are better than others is wheel loaders and bulldozers. Gravel mines have tried other brand wheel loaders and dozers they don't seem to last.

Thats a load of bull. Komatsu and Volvo make one helluva machine, and the last.

Komatsu dozers are freakin' awesome. And they last.

The gravel mines tried Komatsu loaders and Dozers they had them for a year and sent them back and went back to Cat. One mine got rid of all their Cat loaders I think it was 5 of them the Komatsu loaders kept having problems the Komatsu loaders got shipped out.

Another one of mines tried a Komatsu dozer it lasted about 3 months undercarriage wore out and they were having problems they went back to Cat.

The one gravel mine at their peak were putting out 4 million tons per year.

Komatsu excavators are not too bad but they are still cheaply constructed
