Auto Trans flushed at 100,000
4x4 flushed at 100,000

Towing Package, Brake Controller

Power Everything
AUX lights

Interior/Exterior is in Great Shape
No rust on doors
Truck is in perfect condition just upgrading to a 2009
Asking $8,000 OBO

Recent Work
New Tires (less than 200 miles on them still showing the nubs)
All new U-joints and ball joints at 105,000 miles
New water pump, alternator, spark plugs, and belts at 100,000 miles

Price seems pretty high to me for an 11 year old truck. Yes, it is clean, but it is hard to get a bank to loan any money on a truck that old, unless you want to pay a lot down and high interest.
I don't think a lot of folks have that kind of cash laying around right now.

KBB and NADA numbers are meaningless, they are made up. The real value of used cars that have sold are available to dealers, but not the general public. Using NADA or KBB, you can get close by deducting $1000-$1500 from every price they show.
I buy and sell used trucks all the time. The bank will not loan the average buyer anywhere near 100% of a KBB or NADA listed price on a truck that age.
As I said, it is very clean and may be worth that price. However, if a buyer is borrowing money to buy it, he most likely will run into problerms.
