Stolen!!! Freakin thieves!!!

My foreman got to the shop this morning and called me and asked if I had come to get our Wells Cargo 16ft enclosed trailer??? Someone drove off with it at about 5:45 this morning. I know that is the time because two different businesses showed it on their surveillance cams. Still can't ID who but it was a late model Chevy pickup. They even hooked up the lights so they didn't get stopped.

Had my "new" Hustler (300hrs) in it with a wright stander several weedeaters, hedge trimmer, pole saw, billy goat vac, stihl chainsaw, and a couple of echo blowers and a couple of Honda HRX 21's.

The Trailer was missing the fender off of the right side wheels.

Nick

last fall I lost my brand new (36 hours) lazer z S series, along with a exmark 30, a Honda hrc, a stihl fs90r, fs250R, stihl br600 blower, and a 6.5x 12 trailer...ALL STOLEN. I didn't have the right insurance and only got 2500 back. I STILL owe 11k on the Lazer. They broke the locks, disconnected the trailer from my truck, hooked it up to their vehicle and drove off with about 20k in equipment total! I haven't recovered any of it.

THEIVES!! Take my expensive lesson, and take heed from what CAN happen. GET INSURANCE to cover yourselves. I thought I was covered for theft, but as you can see....I wasn't.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Believe me, I know how you feel!

They have alot of GPS tracking devices for equipment BUT they range from $150-200 and usually have a monthly charge of $15-30.

Do they only work when the equipment is running?
