How long did it take this to come on.

We never see much brown patch up this way, but I did find some recently after the weather we had. That looks a lot more like heat and mowing stress as it isnt as bad on the tire marks or in the shade and low spots. We were seeing it where the deer where laying, in your case the grass is standing up real good.

I think it is dry grass--except near the garden at the top. And shade on the right.
Obviously it has a lot to do with the mowing. Do you have one blade on upside down? One flat tire? LOL!!
