yeah but that patent is for their short lived version of the Toro 300 series. I hated those things when I worked in sales..... we hardly sold any ever!

Most of this stuff has become a commodity item and is made in China. I've switched from the Hunter PGP ADJ to K-Rain... went from $ 9.00 per unit to $ 6.25. They last about the same time... the customer pays the same, more margin for me.

I dumped PGP's when I noticed seals leaking after a year or two, switched to 5000 series and haven't looked back. Never used K-Rain. My price on a 5004 is $5.34.

I don't have near as many problems with 5000's as I did with PGP's.
