FJ180V engine high idle

Can someone tell me how to adjust this engines high idle? I am cutting dense bermuda and need a few more RPM's. I am a gearhead, but for the life of me I cannot see where to increase the RPM's.

Just finished cranking up high idle and wanted to thank you for the directions. Mower is much better now...its amazing how much a few hundred RPM's makes when cutting thick bermuda.
