How much do you pay labor ?

I am about to take on 50 extra yards this week on top of my already existing 27 and then another 100 next week.and there are potentially 300 more. They are Small foreclosed homes 10 min max per lot.I need to know how many trucks and mower I would need and what a good pay rate is for long term employees. I live in Arlington Texas

10$ for a bank owned home?!!!!!! You should be getting 30$ minimum. I'm not going t disclose what my guys get but I'll tell you it is under 25 but more than 10$ per hour. At leastbfit mowing, landscaping; they get a bit more than they regularly do, and for weeding, they get lower than normal.

Yeah, how does one acquire such business? I know this would be temporary, but you could make a ton of money if you could handle the workload...
