23hp kawasaki

I know this has been asked before but i can't find it! I have a 23hp kawasaki that needs a bottom seal/gasket i got the clutch off with a puller but i can't get the pulley off. My question is are the pulley and the shaft one? If so how do get it off any help would be great thanks.

The pulley slides onto the shaft before it gets rusted to it, I've had to use my fire wrench to get them off before. If you have to go that route replace the crank oil seal......

how many hr's on the motor? you may want to just rebuild it while it's apart. Mine only lasted 1100 hr's before it was burning lots of oil. I would heat the pulley to get it off and plan on buying a new one, only $25.
