That is probably what I am going to go with. After I demo'd one for a day, I made the decision that I liked em. You buy em direct from the company but they have good support and show you how to do all the maintenance you need.

I also measured a lot of my customers that I had there in Houston and the 36" would get through most of the gates as the mowers are made to be compact.

There's often guys on here selling used ones as well if you can't afford a new one. Either way, buying equipment in the winter is a smart move. Good deals to be had!
